We are Prestique Limited (collectively “we”, the “Company” or “qliq-a-tiq”) and we own and operate the site www.qliq-a-tiq.com ( “site” or “qliq-a-tiq.com”). Our site facilitates a convenient way to shop online and to enjoy lifestyle content over the internet (“services”). By using our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about qliq-a-tiq’s terms and conditions before you use any of this Site’s services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 however.
Compliance with laws
Prestique Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. We operate in Hong Kong and comply with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers.
We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. Our products and shipment fees are denominated in HK dollars. All orders placed are transacted in HK dollars.
Order Terms
Our order terms are contained in the Help page under the sections headed Ordering and Shipping & Delivery. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms of Use.
Free shipping
In case you choose to use the forwarder that we recommended and your order reaches a particular Net Order Amount as specified in our Shipping policy, we will pay the shipping fee to the forwarder on your behalf. Your order will be shipped by the shipping method specified for free.
